DAVEN products are made to order. This means your product is produced specifically after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for production and order processing before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production times may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

DAVEN is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Weather or natural events
• Customs or regulatory processes
• Public holidays
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided through your order or shipping notification.

Please use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
